Materials Management Specialist

This pivotal position plays a vital role in supporting the loading, inspection, and control of materials to ensure seamless internal/external interfaces and full compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teams to optimize material handling processes, guaranteeing timely and accurate availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing detailed information on all services and resolving any issues presented.
- Implement performance indicators to track internal processes, develop action plans for deviations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist Base Planning Coordination through meetings, indicator management, report issuance, and document support for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate physical and fiscal inventories of the client's material inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Establish a safe, diverse, productive, and quality work environment, promoting Kaizens, visual management, and team spirit.
- Exhibits leadership, autonomy, proactivity, results focus, and excellent team spirit.
- Embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Desirable skills include Power BI, SAP, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
