SAP's Finance organization is looking for a skilled Commercial Office Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and evangelizing the usage of SAP Programs to support customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Promote and advocate for the adoption of SAP Programs across various industries.
  • Minimize the impact of Cloud Commerce transactions on customers.
  • Manage commercial aspects of SAP Cloud to Cloud Extension Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation skills: Comfortably present to internal and external customers.
  • Business acumen and critical thinking: Analyze cloud transactions and make informed decisions.
  • Deal management: Support and lead must-win cloud restructure deals for regions and remove obstacles.
  • Interpersonal skills: Directly interact with senior stakeholders, including GMs, VPs, AEs, CSPs, and Finance teams.
  • Training and enablement: Educate and empower field sales and other internal departments on Cloud to Cloud Program criteria.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management as required.

Requirements:

  • Service Sales Oriented: Diagnose, analyze, and discuss deal problems, develop urgency to solve, and commit stakeholders to a realistic plan of action.
  • Team Oriented: Demonstrate comfort working with others to achieve a common goal without compromising individual identity.
  • Industry experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Senior audience handling: Experienced and comfortable interacting with senior audiences.
  • Professional profile: Mature and professional customer interfacing.
  • Energetic and goal-oriented: Driven to achieve goals and succeed.
  • Judgment: Consistent logic, rationality, and objectivity in decision-making.
  • Independence: Works successfully without supervision and stays focused.
  • Quality standards: Strives for quality results, exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and responsibility.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Excel, internal SAP systems (Cloud Reporting, CPQ, etc.).
