Cocoa Bean Manager

Key responsibilities for this position include logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of cocoa beans while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation of cocoa beans from sourcing regions to processing or storage facilities.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the storage and handling of cocoa beans, ensuring optimal inventory levels and quality control during storage.
• Supply Chain Planning: Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast demand and align logistics accordingly.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, phytosanitary requirements, customs, and import/export documentation.
• Sustainability & Traceability: Support sustainability programs related to cocoa sourcing and transport, and maintain accurate records of shipments and quality control processes.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and collaboration abilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, and be proficient in industry-specific software and tools.
