Job Role Overview

This position involves supporting the invoicing process, maintaining control of issued invoices, and monitoring client payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the invoicing process and maintain control of issued invoices.
  • Monitor client payments and identify overdue accounts.
  • Contact clients for collections and payment negotiations while preserving a positive customer relationship.
  • Post expense entries to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist in analyzing financial reports related to cash flow and revenue forecasts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with basic Excel knowledge and financial systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced English (assessed during interviews).
