Senior Fintech Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team and help develop, improve, and maintain innovative fintech products.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of two delivery teams within a new sub-project and performing various tasks associated with Scrum Master functions.
Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager, adept at managing multiple teams simultaneously. They should also have demonstrated people management proficiency, great communication, self-organization, proactivity, and flexibility.
Responsibilities- Use best project management practices and systems to achieve software-related objectives
- Plan and distribute project work among team members for smooth and timely delivery
- Track project progress using suitable tools and techniques
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Handle change, stakeholder, and risk management
At Dev.Pro, we offer a remote-friendly work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. We provide 30 paid days off per year, 5 paid sick days, up to 60 days of medical leave, and up to 6 paid days off per year for major family events.
