Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a seasoned backend developer to spearhead the development and optimization of our electronic health record (EHR) platform. This innovative project aims to revolutionize the healthcare industry through cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Platform Development: Lead the development of high-performance, reliable, and scalable EHR platforms using PHP/Laravel.
- Database Development: Create database schemas that represent business processes and support data integrity.
- API Development and Integration: Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use, facilitating seamless integration with other healthcare systems and third-party services.
- Security Compliance: Ensure the platform's compliance with healthcare industry standards by implementing robust security measures and data protection protocols.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Backend development, code review, and team collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and evaluate their application to continually innovate and enhance the platform.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with designers to refine the platform's user interface and experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel and MySQL. Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems, think analytically, and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A strong focus on code quality, adherence to design specifications, and a commitment to creating a user-friendly, secure platform.
