Academic Records Manager

The University Registrar plays a critical role in the strategic success of an institution by evaluating and assessing current policies, tools, and needs.
This position is responsible for managing academic records, curriculum approval, degree audit functions, student registration, and academic policy while ensuring compliance with regulations.
The University Registrar must develop new initiatives to achieve long-term goals, manage maintenance and integrity of academic records, and ensure compliance with FERPA regulations and reporting requirements.
About the Role- Evaluate and develop new strategies to drive institutional growth and achievement
- Manage and maintain accurate and secure academic records
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards
- Oversee staff and operations within the Office of the Registrar
- Manage student registration, transfer of credits, and degree evaluations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain the security and integrity of academic records
- A master's degree is required for this position
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably as a registrar or closely related field
