Job Role Summary

This role is accountable for a variety of accounting tasks including general ledger accounting, payroll processing, tax compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily, weekly and monthly journal entries across different entities.
  • Oversee and support payroll activities to ensure accurate payments and adherence to internal control processes.
  • Prepare and review workpapers for external fiscal consultants to ensure tax compliance.
  • Compile and review financial reports along with their supporting schedules.
  • Conduct the statutory audit process in collaboration with external and internal auditors.
Requirements:
  • College level degree in accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of one year's experience preferably within a multinational company operating across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Experience with accounting software programs ERPs such as PeopleSoft SAP etc.
  • Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills proactive attitude independence and team spirit.
