Job Title: Climate Change Catalyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Impact Incentives Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and scaling up our Impact Incentives program, which aims to drive large-scale adoption of sustainable practices in the fashion and textile industry.

The Impact Incentives Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and support of producers, Program Partners, and third-party verifiers, as well as managing relationships with other key stakeholders in the regions where our Impact Incentives are being applied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact with existing and new producers, including recruitment, onboarding/training, support and guidance on the Impact Incentives program(s).
  • Act as primary contact with existing and potential new Program Partners, including recruitment, onboarding/training, support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work autonomously, have good judgement, the ability to think critically and to adjust to a fast-changing environment. Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism and integrity are all essential for this role.

You will have the opportunity to work remotely with a team located in 20+ countries, and you will be based ideally in Brazil or South America. Your key colleagues will be in Argentina and Canada, while key stakeholders are based in time zones between PST and CET.
