Leading Business Project Specialist

To effectively oversee the implementation of new branch structures within our core banking system.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage project deal allocations from a specified period to current business structure for SME, Retail and Corporate Structures.
- Ensure timely allocation of deals to current business structure.
- Hold regular meetings with divisional heads to allocate resources efficiently.
- Evaluate and conduct allocations with new branch structure.
- Prepare and review comprehensive project plans.
- Lead and manage project plans effectively.
Team Management
- Provide team members with necessary resources, such as equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to set performance goals.
- Mentor, develop, inspire and identify opportunities for improvement, promoting teamwork and effective leadership within the project team.
- Work closely with team members to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus on individual tasks.
Qualifications:
- A BCom degree is required to meet the role's highest standards of competence.
- Chartered Accountant certification is highly valued.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a project management role is preferred (minimum 4-5 years).
