Marketing Director Position

This is a career opportunity for a skilled digital marketing professional to join our team and lead the development of content, email, and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content calendars across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
- Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor and adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without compromising quality or speed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt voice across channels.
- Knowledge of digital performance metrics and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working inside an agency.
- Managed newsletter content and owned media channels.
- Fluency in Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GT Metrix.
