As a CRM Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing our Inbound channel, one of our biggest revenue drivers. Our dynamic team is driven to make a significant impact in the wellness and fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage automation flows in our CRM (Klaviyo) to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to attract and qualify leads.
  • Analyze and segment audiences to personalize communications, offers, and best touchpoints considering their place in the funnel.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team to optimize lead generation and guarantee top of funnel success.

  • Help build a vibrant community in the wellness and fitness space and have the opportunity to shape and nurture it.
