Financial Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in Brazilian tax legislation and US GAAP accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile ledger accounts throughout ERP systems
- Calculate direct taxes (IRPJ and CSLL), ancillary obligations, transfer price
- Calculate indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS)
- Analyze monthly reconciliations and prepare administrative/financial management reports
- Experience calculating ECDs and ECFs
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in Brazilian tax legislation, US GAAP accounting standards, and BR GAAP rules
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
- Advanced English proficiency for global interactions
- Demonstrable Excel skills
- Ability to identify business objectives and develop/implement strategies
- Attention to detail, focus, and ability to reconcile accounting discrepancies
- Strong sense of urgency, self-organization, and efficient time management
