We are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence and Financial Analyst to join our finance team in the Belo Horizonte office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be proficient in data modeling, and have advanced English language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial insights and advice to business leaders and stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify trends and variances, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Support effective business decision-making by preparing timely and accurate responses to information requests.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Assist in the annual business planning and budgeting process.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify scope changes and client approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in database handling using data modeling tools (Power BI, Power Query, MS Access).
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
