Job Title: Trade Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies and activations for Sparkling Wines and Spirits categories. This role encompasses the full cycle of trade marketing, from strategy development and planning to execution, performance tracking, and results analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop trade marketing strategies for Sparkling Wines and Spirits categories, aligning with overall brand objectives and commercial targets.
  • Integrate brand strategies with channel-specific strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and impactful execution across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market and channel analysis to identify opportunities and develop data-driven plans and activations focused on driving sell-out.
  • Lead the implementation of trade marketing activations and experiences in On-Premise, Off-Premise and High Energy channels, ensuring excellence in execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agencies, to ensure effective collaboration and program success.
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Trade Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to optimize program performance and maximize ROI.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Regular travel within Brazil and attendance at evening events are expected.
