Corporate Legal Associate

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Corporate Legal Associate. In this role, you will provide critical legal support and expertise to help drive business growth and success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice and guidance to various stakeholders on a range of matters including contract review and drafting, corporate governance, labor law, civil law, tax law, LGPD, and regulatory issues.
  • Document Drafting and Reviewing: Prepare high-quality documents and contracts for negotiation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contract Management: Analyze and align comments and changes in contracts reviews with external counsels, key internal and international stakeholders.
  • Conduct Research: Conduct thorough legal research on relevant regulations and case law to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-6 years of post-qualification experience as a Lawyer, preferably with some experience working as in-house counsel.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized institution.
  • Registration: Duly registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
