Strong negotiation and drafting skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for success in this role.">Responsibilities include:">

- Providing legal counsel on all aspects of corporate transactions, including strategic business deals and government sales">
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements">
- Identifying and managing legal risks associated with transactions and business operations">
- Advising on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies">
- Collaborating with internal teams and external counsel">
- Building strong relationships with peers and senior management">

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar (or Brazilian equivalent)">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish">
