Our company is seeking an experienced attorney to provide strategic guidance and support on complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on financial services businesses and risk management activities
  • Negotiate and draft transaction agreements
  • Advise on business strategy and growth initiatives
  • Implement regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
  • Support investment banking teams with day-to-day operations

The successful candidate will work closely with our team from inception to close of transactions, fully involved in the transaction execution process. They will also develop relationships with external counsel and collaborate with legal colleagues in other jurisdictions on cross-border transactions.

Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice law in Brazil
  • Senior lawyer with at least 12+ years of experience in financial industry regulatory and/or transactional roles
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives, and banking regulations
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
