Industry Background:
Direct experience in bus or heavy-truck sector (passenger car experience will NOT be considered)Customer Relationships:
Proven track record selling directly to fleet bus operators and municipal transport offices (not just OEMs or distributors)Field Experience:
Deep market-intelligence skills and credibility to win final-customer tendersP&L Management:
Demonstrated experience managing profit & loss responsibilityLocation:
São Paulo-based (within 1.5 hours of company office)Languages:
Fluent Portuguese (Brazilian) and EnglishTravel:
Comfortable with 50%+ travel (primarily Brazil, quarterly regional trips)Preferred (Nice to Have):
