About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Tech Lead to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our organization's success.

The Senior Fullstack Tech Lead will be responsible for supporting the team on daily challenges, working collaboratively with multicultural teams, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Backend Development Projects: Architect and implement scalable backend solutions using Node.js, focusing on RESTful API design and security best practices.
  • Mentor and Manage Development Teams: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, set development standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Build and Optimize Frontend Applications: Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and Next.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend services, optimize performance and accessibility across web platforms.
  • Implement CI/CD and Cloud Deployment Pipelines: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and AWS tools to automate testing, integration, and deployment, monitor and troubleshoot cloud deployments to ensure high availability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English
  • Extensive background with Node.js and API development (RESTful APIs)
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring development teams
  • Strong knowledge with React and Next.js
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and deploying APIs
  • Hands-on background creating and deploying databases in AWS, including modeling from scratch for backend services
  • Background in developing backend solutions with custom database design from the ground up in AWS environments
  • Deep understanding of API security best practices
  • Ability to work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
  • Hands-on background with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)

Work Model: Hybrid
