As a Mid-Level Solutions Engineer, your role will involve collaborating with various teams to address Merchant requirements by offering technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring effective integration and ongoing assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the Account Management team and Solution Engineers in Brazil to gather business requirements tailored to Merchant needs; Delivering technical presentations and showcasing how our products can fulfill Merchant requirements; Offering pre-sales technical support and product education; Convincing Merchants that our products or services will best meet their needs; Engaging with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Development teams to address specific Merchant business needs or new product features; Resolving Merchant issues; Managing post-live communication and follow-ups with Merchants globally; Serving as the primary technical contact for all implementation-related activities throughout the integration process; Assisting in setting up Merchant accounts, providing technical support, and guiding Merchants through testing and pre-launch processes.

Key qualifications for this role include:

Relevant experience in a Customer/Merchant-facing position, with a strong understanding of APIs; A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related fields, coupled with a technical background; Exceptional communication skills to convey API/technical concepts to business stakeholders; The ability to effectively engage and adapt communication styles with diverse audiences, including management and technical staff; Proficiency in quickly assessing and troubleshooting Merchant integration challenges; Strong time management skills to juggle multiple customers simultaneously; Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team; Proficiency in English.
