Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot customer inquiries to resolve related issues promptly
- Collect, analyze, and provide solutions for clients in a timely manner
- Participate in calls with customers when required to deliver excellent service
- Develop and review knowledge base articles and other learning documentation as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including quality assurance teams, technical support, development, etc., to achieve common goals
- Manage daily assignments from cases queue according to the priority of clients' agreements
- Initiative-takers who persevere and stay curious about new challenges
