Senior Data Center Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project leader to manage our data center projects in São Paulo, Brazil.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive project strategy, ensuring effective communication with the team and stakeholders, and driving project execution to meet customer needs.
Core Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop a detailed project plan, set clear goals and objectives, and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Team Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing project team to achieve project objectives and develop their skills and expertise.
- Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that they are satisfied with the project outcomes.
- Quality and Risk Management: Ensure that all project activities are executed in accordance with quality standards and risk management principles.
- Education and Certifications: Master's degree and relevant certifications such as PMI.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and advanced fluency in Spanish.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 8 years of experience managing data center projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work in a complex matrix organization.
