Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data flows smoothly from source to destination for processing.
  • Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets and extract insights.
  • Filter and cleanse unstructured (or ambiguous) data into usable data sets for analysis.
  • Identify new internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives.
  • Build tools for automating repetitive tasks to free bandwidth for analytics.
  • Collaborate with program managers and business analysts to develop actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML) with real-world experience.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and their applications.
  • Experience working with traditional Convolutional Neural Networks.
  • Background in FinTech is a plus, with knowledge of financial systems, risk modeling, or fraud detection.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in software engineering best practices, including unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
