At Pósitron Stoneridge, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with strong problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.

• Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relational databases.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
