Technical Support Specialist
Pósitron Stoneridge is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support to clients by handling client inquiries via phone calls, e-mail, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, e-mail, and chat
- Resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in English - verbal and written
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous client-facing experience
- Previous call center experience
- Technical call center experience
