Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Agent to join our support center team at Pósitron Stoneridge. As a Technical Agent, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support to clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Document client interactions and update records as necessary.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous client-facing experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Technical call center experience.
  • Automotive repair knowledge.
