
Delivery Station Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Station Manager to oversee the operation of our delivery stations.
About the Role- This role involves leading a team of operational leaders, managing external agency relationships and performance, and driving results in a highly collaborative environment.
- You will be responsible for delivering Amazon orders directly to customers, while ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality operations.
This is an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment, where no idea is a bad idea. You will work closely with your team to achieve project goals, manage KPIs such as On Time Dispatch and First Day Delivery Success, and drive process improvements.
Key Job Responsibilities:- Manage a team of operational leaders, allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers.
- Work with KPIs such as On Time Dispatch, First Day Delivery Success, and enhancing customer service.
- Think analytically about project management, with attention to detail, the ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Be obsessed by metrics and dive deep to find root causes quickly to drive improvements.
- Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
- Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, and design solutions.
- Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
- Ensure associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed.
- Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions to other departments in Operations and throughout Amazon as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience in employee and performance management
- Basic English and Fluent Portuguese
- Performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience
