Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


About the Role

The Project Leader will be responsible for providing project planning and management leadership to facilitate consistent delivery of global and regional projects that efficiently and effectively meet business expectations regarding time, cost, and quality in support and alignment with our strategic plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination and completion of projects including tasks such as development of project timelines and resource plans
  • Monitoring and summarizing progress of the project
  • Ensuring buy-in from project stakeholders and process owners
  • Appropriate resource utilization
  • Management of issues, dependencies, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Compliance with project methodologies, plans, and budgets

Your Impact

As a Project Leader, you will make a significant impact by:

  • Preparing and reviewing project proposals, work plans, Statements of Work, and requests for proposal
  • Providing regular communication of portfolio status while ensuring milestones and stage gates are defined and met
  • Championing strong IT governance in the project management framework and mentoring project managers in its development and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining and communicating overall IT Cybersecurity portfolio, including financial tracking and oversight

Your Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in IT or related area
  • Fluent English is mandatory (writing, translating, communicating)
  • 10+ Years of Project Management Experience in IT, Cybersecurity
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, project estimation, system development lifecycle processes and tools to define, set up, plan, and deliver business projects
  • Financial analysis skills (due diligence, CER process, business case development, KPI definition)
