As a Perishable Goods Transportation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transportation of perishable goods. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships and maintain compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate air import/export shipments according to customer and product operational instructions
  • Analyze and evaluate risks through control systems according to HACCP systematics and hazard analysis
  • Maintain strict control of suppliers qualified for food transportation
  • Monitor registration of export processes
  • Negotiate rates for sporadic shipments and make space reservations with airlines
  • Prepare and register export declarations, LPCO, and RUC information on Customs website
  • Continuously carry out financial result calculations for liability shipments
  • Ensure use of automatic quotation tools in the system
  • Prepare performance indicator materials and participate in customer meetings as required
Requirements
  • Graduated in ADM, IR, Foreign Trade, or compatible field
  • At least 2 years of experience in air logistics (perishable)
  • Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience with tariffs and pricing
  • Advanced English language proficiency

Bonus Points: If you have experience working with customs regulations, food safety certifications, or supply chain management software, that would be a huge plus

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
