Transportation Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a crucial role in the success of our logistics operations. This individual will be responsible for managing client demands, organizing deliveries/pickups with designated partners, and issuing transportation documents through a TMS system.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing client demands;
- Planning and executing delivery/pickup routes with designated partners;
- Issuing transportation documents and resolving related issues;
- Monitoring and updating delivery/pickup statuses in our systems;
In addition to these primary tasks, this expert will also be responsible for:
- Generating reports and analyzing data;
- Understanding and applying risk management rules daily;
- Validating freight information and inserting tables as needed;
- Calculating volumes and identifying trends;
- Developing partnerships with transporters and suppliers;
- Supporting clients and suppliers in operation management;
- Preparing performance presentations and action plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering or related fields;
- Language Proficiency: English (desired);
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Transportation;
- Knowledge: Transportation routines, TMS systems, especially TOTVs, Risk Management/Transport Insurance rules;
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, dashboard-oriented tools like Power BI;
- Presentation Skills: PowerPoint.
This is a full-time position requiring 100% working time.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5-10 years of experience in similar roles.
