We design and implement solutions to mitigate against market risks or create investment opportunities. Our team leverages cutting-edge technology to empower our customers and disrupt traditional investment banking practices.
- Responsible for the control, front-to-back support, processes, and automation of the operational aspect of the business.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the Operations team members locally.
- Oversight of all daily controls and processes for the business locally.

- Report issues and risks to the Head of Structured Products Operations.
- Represent Operations in various working groups and departmental meetings.
- Work with technologists to automate and streamline operations processes.
- Ensure regulatory reporting compliance of all trades.
- Experienced middle office or Operations supervisor.
- Comprehensive understanding of OTC derivatives and structured products lifecycle management.
- Familiar with necessary front-to-back controls, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
