Na Marel, buscamos um
Sales Operations Specialist
para integrar nossa equipe de Operações de Vendas na América Latina. Esse profissional será o elo entre clientes e equipe de vendas, garantindo que cada proposta e pedido seja preciso, validado e executado dentro dos padrões de qualidade, prazo e custo.

Suas Principais Responsabilidades

  • Transformar necessidades dos clientes em cotações e confirmações de pedidos claras e assertivas.
  • Garantir que prazos, escopos e custos sejam cumpridos ao longo do processo de vendas.
  • Atuar de forma próxima aos Gerentes e Diretores de Vendas, apoiando reuniões de revisão e validação técnica.
  • Monitorar desvios, reportar variações e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Apoiar e orientar colegas, compartilhando conhecimento técnico e boas práticas.

O Que Esperamos De Você

  • Formação em Engenharia (Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Produção ou Elétrica).
  • Inglês e Espanhol avançados (oral e escrito).
  • Experiência com CRM/ERP (SAP, Totvs, Salesforce, JD Edwards) e domínio do pacote Office.
  • Forte habilidade de organização, resolução de problemas e comunicação com diferentes públicos.
  • Perfil proativo, estruturado e orientado a metas.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em ambientes multiculturais e multidisciplinares.
  • Conhecimento em AutoCAD.
