**Globalization Services Manager Role**

At SAP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Globalization Services Manager to lead our development team in delivering high-quality localization solutions for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and develop a well-functioning development team working across multiple scrum teams.
  • Execute all aspects of people management, including planning and managing skill development, setting appropriate goals, and evaluating performance.
  • Promote and nurture agile development methodologies within the team.
  • Facilitate and ensure high standards and performance within the scrum teams.
  • Performance management grounded in transparent goals and objectives, providing continuous feedback and delivering successful results.
  • Onboard and integrate multiple new hires effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • University degree or equivalent, with a solid background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly acquire understanding in new areas, in business processes as well as in technologies.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams.
  • Fluent English.
  • Constructive and open style of communication.
  • Flexibility when dealing with other mentalities & cultures.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of Localization for Brazil and/or Latin America.
