Farm Producer Liaison Specialist

Job Description:

The role of a Producer Success Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment of Enhanced Rock Weathering projects at scale. As part of this team, you will be responsible for designing and leading the producer engagement program from first contact through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Farmers Relationship Management: You will act as the primary liaison with assigned producers, ensuring smooth communication, trust-building, and timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Contract Follow-Through: You will coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all contractual obligations with farmers are clearly communicated, understood, and fulfilled on time.
• Operational Readiness & Data Collection: You will lead the structured collection, verification, and maintenance of farm data (cropping calendars, tillage practices, nutrient use, land boundaries) to support deployment planning, MRV eligibility, and reporting needs.
• Compliance with Buyer & MRV Requirements: You will implement and track farmer compliance with clients' and other buyer requirements—covering sustainable practice training, agronomic consultations, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Process Development & Team Design: You will create scalable processes for farmer engagement and data management. Additionally, you will develop a future-state workforce plan to manage growing producer portfolios as operations scale toward targets.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: You will ensure alignment between different teams to deliver a seamless farmer journey after the contract is signed.
