What You Will Do

You will play a key role in helping our retail partners succeed on our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving commercial growth by delivering strategic insights and top-tier consultation
  • Overseeing a portfolio of retail partners to ensure value creation across all stakeholders
  • Using data insights to identify opportunities for partners and propose tailored campaigns
  • Working closely with marketing to design and implement promotional activities that drive demand and maximize partner sales
  • Maintaining strong communication with appointed accounts and supporting expansion opportunities
  • Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring smooth communication across functions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in account development, business administration, retail operations, sales or related roles
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong analytical thinking and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
  • Proactive and structured approach with a high sense of responsibility and ambition
  • Fluency in English (Maltese is a plus)
