Accounting Specialist Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Maintain and analyze financial records, including balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounting and finance.
  • Perform daily tasks such as processing transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Responsible for the analysis and preparation of accounting entries and accounts payable.
  • Responsible for the fixed assets module, including analysis, control, creation of assets, and depreciation/exhaustion.
  • Responsible for processing revenue entry, cost price difference, appropriation of prepaid expenses, and shared cost sharing.
