Role Overview
In the capacity of Manager of Commercialization and Project Portfolio for Industry and Semi-Industry, you will spearhead and refine the commercialization process while supporting comprehensive business initiatives and projects.
This position is crucial for the successful execution of Puratos Brazil's Industry Channel Strategy, particularly in implementing Winning Portfolios and Innovations, ensuring Supply Chain reliability (IBP), achieving Manufacturing excellence, and expanding our clientele within these sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of the pipeline of Industry commercialization projects and campaigns, facilitating resource allocation and addressing any arising challenges.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to guarantee efficient launches in the commercial industry, leading the forecasting of new products, defining inventory policies, and identifying potential procurement gaps.
- Lead and enhance the commercialization process for customer-driven projects and campaigns through Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Establish and manage a governance framework to secure necessary approvals and sign-offs from relevant leaders and managers.
- Serve as an internal consultant on ongoing commercialization projects.
- Proactively identify and resolve internal and external obstacles through effective communication with stakeholders, addressing issues related to project accuracy, supply chain challenges, timing constraints, and technological capabilities.
- Lead the Product Management Review within the Integrated Business Process Planning process, including status reviews with project teams, preparation of monthly reviews, and follow-up on action plans.
- Set project standards, train cross-functional teams, and enforce adherence across the organization.
- Develop, enhance, and implement project management templates, action plans, and reporting mechanisms.
- Establish a reporting and control framework for commercialization that enhances visibility and drives business performance improvement.
- Advance Project Management processes by promoting the integration of digital technologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance existing CRM tools, prepare blueprints for future solutions, and coordinate training initiatives by fostering a robust network of key users.
