Commercialization Lead for Industry and Semi-Industry

As the commercialization lead for our Industry and Semi-Industry channels, you will oversee the entire commercialization process and support end-to-end business projects and initiatives. This role is crucial for the realization of our Industry Channel Strategy, especially for the implementation of Winning Portfolios and Innovations, the delivery of Supply Chain reliability (IBP), and Manufacturing excellence, as well as the expansion of our customer base in these channels.
Your key responsibilities will include
* Overseing and managing the successful delivery of the pipeline of Industry commercialization projects and campaigns, facilitating resource allocation decisions, and addressing issues.
* Collaborating closely with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient commercial industry launches, leading the forecasting process of new products, ensuring that inventory policy is defined, identifying potential procurement gaps (unique raw materials, long lead times).
* Leading and continuously improving the commercialization process for Industry/SI customer-driven projects ("go-no go") and Panettone Campaign through IBP.
* Defining and managing a regular governance process to ensure appropriate approvals and signoffs of projects by relevant leaders and managers.
* Acting as the internal consultant to the organization on current commercialization projects.
* Proactively identifying and resolving internal and external hurdles through effective communication with the different stakeholders involved. These hurdles can be related to project briefing accuracy, supply chain challenges, timing constraints, customer limitations, technological capabilities, manufacturing capacities, etc.
* Within the Integrated Business Process Planning process, leading the Product Management Review: status review with project teams, preparation of the monthly review, follow-up on action plans, reporting.
* Establishing appropriate project standards, training cross-functional teams in the standards, and enforcing them across the organization.
* Developing, improving, and rolling out project management templates, action plans, and reporting.
* Establishing and operating a reporting and control framework for commercialization, which drives visibility of and improvement to business performance.
* Improving Project Management process by promoting the use of digital technology.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve existing CRM tools, preparing the blueprint and rollout of next solutions, and coordinating training within the organization by empowering a strong network of key users.
