We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to support our client onboarding strategy team.
Key Responsibilities:- Report Development: Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support global client activities and participate in special projects as requested.
- Dashboards and Metrics: Participate in the design and development of dashboards that lead to data-driven decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate current processes and reports.
- Collaboration: Work with internal partners and report to managers in a global environment.
- Compliance: In-depth knowledge of procedures and systems to ensure client records are compliant with all applicable rules, focusing on process improvements.
- Education: A university degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or business administration is required.
- Language: Fluent English is mandatory, both written and verbally. Other languages are an asset.
- Skills: Strong data visualization skills, knowledge of MS Excel and Office Suite, and proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
