Implementation Success Specialist

We are a company focused on transforming time and attendance management.

This role is key in driving product adoption and long-term success by guiding clients through all stages of implementation — from kickoff and configuration to go-live and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a smooth transition to using our platform.
  • Develop integration playbooks that promote quick and effective adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to configure and customize the platform according to each client's specific needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops with clients to ensure full understanding and utilization of our platform's functionalities.
  • Monitor implementation progress, identify issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Provide ongoing support during integration, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-informed.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, adjusting the onboarding approach to meet those demands.
  • Analyze adoption and engagement metrics to maximize client value.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing B2B onboarding or implementing HR, ERP, or SaaS solutions, preferably with enterprise clients.
  • Experience building and executing integration playbooks and training programs.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/project management platforms is beneficial.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) for working with global clients and internal teams.
