Job Description

The Workday Finance Implementation Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of Workday finance solutions to clients. This individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams, solving complex intersystem problems, and guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases.

As a seasoned expert in Workday finance, this person will have extensive knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation. They will reinforce company policies and procedures, drive tactical direction of project workstreams, and identify dependencies to support interplay between different workstreams.

The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses areas, with a strong background in financial or supply chain roles. They will possess a data-driven and solution-driven mindset, as well as strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of Workday finance and procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area, preferably with cloud ERP experience.
  • Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable) experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with other financial ERP systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool is an advantage.
