About the RoleThis role is central to managing our fleet models, developing strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall delivery performance. You'll work cross-functionally to build logistics solutions from 0 to 1, contributing directly to the growth of our delivery network and customer experience.
- Oversee logistics operations, managing both crowdsourced and franchised fleet models;
- Design and implement operational strategies to boost courier efficiency, service quality, dispatch logic, and capacity performance;
- Develop new delivery business models and lead pilots from concept to execution;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, support, policy, and legal to ensure smooth operations and aligned execution;
We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of building and scaling delivery businesses. You should have strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.
