Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as Safety and Security Experts. As a member of our elite team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the nation by enforcing laws and regulations.

You will work alongside highly trained colleagues who share a sense of camaraderie, pride, and purpose in their daily mission. Our team strives to protect the people by facilitating trade and travel while ensuring the security of the nation.

Your duties may involve working in various locations across the country, conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances, and determining admissibility of individuals for entry into the country.

You must meet certain requirements, including citizenship, residency, age, and education standards. Formal training includes orientation and academy at FLETC in Glynco, GA, with possible Spanish training for certain locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforcing laws and regulations
  • Facilitating legitimate trade and travel
  • Conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances
  • Determining admissibility of individuals for entry into the country
  • Preventing illegal entry and smuggling of contraband
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to meet certain physical and medical requirements, including passing a background check and undergoing regular health screenings.
