This role plays a crucial part in advancing the marketing agenda for emerging brands in Brazil, with a focus on the Northeast region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Be an ambassador of emerging brands in Brazil.
  • Support the marketing plan by delivering actionable insights and locally relevant ideas that unlock growth in the Brazilian Northeast.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are compliant with brand guidelines and share best practices.
  • Monitor brands' performance by analyzing data from market research tools and update the On- and Off-Premise Channel Dashboard monthly.
  • Lead the implementation of the marketing plan in partnership with the sales team and distributor partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build brand equity, drive trial, and accelerate growth across the Northeast region.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar sales, marketing, or trade marketing roles.
  • Verbal and written communication in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills, budget control, and basic marketing knowledge.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, dynamism, hands-on approach, initiative, proactivity, and creativity.

Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in the distilled spirits industry.
  • Familiarity with market research tools (Nielsen, Neogrid, Scanntech, etc.).
