Executive Director, Southern Madagascar Food Systems

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our project in southern Madagascar. As the Chief of Party, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in implementing an anticipated USAID-funded project that aims to increase production of diverse and nutritious foods and strengthen resilient markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall project leadership, management, administration, and technical implementation
  • Manage and mentor project staff and implementing partners
  • Maintain effective systems for project operations
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and results
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Academic degree in agriculture, economics, international development, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in international development managing programs focused on agriculture, climate resilient livelihoods, food systems, entrepreneurship & investment, and market systems development
  • At least 5 years' previous executive experience managing USG-funded programs required
