Key Responsibilities:

  • The position oversees all finance, administrative, human resource, and operational activities of the project and a team of support personnel.

The position is contingent upon award and USAID approval.

This opportunity supports an anticipated five-year USAID-funded project to help the Government of Madagascar build sustainable, resilient, and interoperable health information systems (HIS).

The Director of Finance and Administration will manage all project finances to ensure effective use of resources to achieve project objectives in compliance with all donor requirements.
