Lead Financial Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial strategy and operations team. As the Lead Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of products, services, capabilities, infrastructure, and operations of our company and its affiliates.
  • Manage and maintain all activities, responsibilities, achievements, and reporting of the finance department and function.
  • Oversee financial and administrative functions to ensure alignment with senior management's needs and expectations.
  • Develop and present timely and accurate periodic corporate and departmental projections, budgeting, and reconciliation reports.
  • Support revenue and profitability goals through timely and accurate closings, account reconciliations, payroll policies, procedures, and execution, and client invoicing and accounts receivable collection policies, procedures, and execution.
  • Analyze, manage, oversee, and negotiate debt, credit facilities, cash, cash equivalents, cash flow, cost controls, treasury, and expenses.
  • Assist senior management with respect to financial projections and improvements to achieve financial performance targets.
  • Provide important input and checks and balances for salary and headcount strategies.
  • Facilitate the design, preparation, and delivery of customized management reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in financial software applications and systems.
