Marketing Strategist Job Description

As a marketing strategist and innovator, you will be responsible for developing go-to market CRM strategies by identifying key marketing messages/campaigns, new and competitive trends. You will collaborate with business partners/agencies to design and execute all CRM materials and efforts, including management of databases, design of campaigns, and measurement of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Strategy Development: Develop and manage CRM marketing strategy based upon an understanding of customer behavior, country/province regulatory and compliance guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the development of strategic, targeted, data-driven campaigns.
  • Data Analytics: Establish best-in-class connected customer experience through data analytics and channel optimization strategic development.
  • Digital Integration: Support CRM digital integration efforts (Global Mobile App/Global Web Portal).
  • Customer Experience: Marketing support for after-sales customer experience (Marketing Strategy/Service-Maintenance & Mechanical/Vehicle Health Report/Connected Services & Subscription/Customer Care Support).
  • Advocacy: Advocate for data privacy.
  • Metrics Dashboard: Manage and enhance automated metrics dashboard that reports out on all in-market campaigns.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationship and execution of strategies with involved vendors/suppliers/agencies (MSA/SOAP/PCS/SOW/OOS).

Fluency in English is required, as well as a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading-edge CRM methods and database management, 3 years in B2B2C communication, and 2 years managing digital marketing channels are also necessary. Experience working with Adobe/IBM Data Products/Salesforce is a plus.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field

- Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading-edge CRM methods and database management

- 3 years of experience in B2B2C communication

- 2 years of experience managing digital marketing channels

- Experience working with Adobe/IBM Data Products/Salesforce
