Job Description

As a seasoned data and analytics professional, you will lead complex transformation initiatives across our operations in Latin America. With a strong background in data and analytics using SAP, you will oversee end-to-end data and analytics transformation programs, including discovery, design, and implementation.

This high-impact role requires strong program management skills, stakeholder engagement, and technical knowledge across SAP modules and cloud platforms. A deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW, and experience managing data and analytics programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage data-driven transformation programs to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the entire data management lifecycle, including testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align data solutions with organizational goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of data and analytics experience using SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, B/4 HANA architecture, modules, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Proven experience in program management within data and analytics domains.
  • Experience managing data analytics implementations on Google Cloud Platform using SAP as a data source.
  • Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
